Craft-beer lovers can rejoice when viewing this edition of Restaurant Bites. A couple of new breweries just entered the Charlotte scene, with expansion on tap from some other local players.

First, HopFly Brewing Co. opened its South End taproom and production facility at 1327 S. Mint St. in late February. That Rocky Mount brewery took over the Unknown Brewing Co.’s lease and assets last year and fully revamped the space in the Gold District.
